- Disassemble damaged and broken equipment so that it can be more easily repaired, then reassemble pieces after repair work has been successfully completed.
- Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure they are operational, safe and clean for our residents.
- Troubleshoot and maintain machinery, conveyors, and pneumatic equipment.
- Receive deliveries of tools, equipment and supplies and transfer them to work stations or other areas as dictated by management.

We are looking for an experienced Quality and Safety Coordinator to oversee all aspects of quality and
safety management. Responsibilities include inspecting materials, processes, and products, ensuring
compliance with new and existing quality and safety standards and regulations, implementing quality
management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.
To be successful as a Quality Coordinator you should be able to ensure that all materials, processes, and
procedures meet regulatory and quality standards, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies
that may arise.

Quality and Safety Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
- Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.

- Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety

We are seeking a Hazmat Class “A” CDL Driver with doubles, and tanker endorsements to load, deliver, unload and pickup product and supplies from various local customers. Must be a dependable, responsible person with a positive attitude that is concerned with customer satisfaction. Must have current endorsements and adhere to all DOT regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be able to perform pre and post trip inspections of vehicles, trailers and equipment

We are looking for a hard-working Production Worker to assist in the manufacturing process. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that packages swimming pool chemicals.
The Production Worker’s responsibilities may include sorting cases, pulling bottles, capping and uncapping bottles, inspecting cases, packaging bottles, stacking, and operating the filling machine.
An outstanding Production Worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.

Production Worker Responsibilities:
- Following health and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Packing filled bottles of consumer commodities in boxes or package as directed by supervisor.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Responsible for general duties involving physical handling of finished product, raw materials, chemicals, supplies and production tools and equipment.
- Putting on caps, labels, stretch film or any other packaging material necessary to complete production as directed.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Production Worker Requirements:
- Able to lift 40lbs.
- Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.

Job Description
We are looking to hire a highly efficient Driver Helper to assist company drivers with all deliveries. The Driver Helper’s responsibilities include loading and unloading products by hand or by use of hand trucks, along with ensuring that the vehicle is clean at all times. You should also be able to build and maintain solid inter-departmental relationships to ensure effective communication.
To be successful as a Driver Helper, you should be able to follow all company safety practices. Ultimately, an exceptional Driver Helper will effectively engage with clients and customers to ensure that their expectations are met.

Driver Helper Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading company products.
- Assisting drivers, as needed
- Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
- Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff.

- Liaising with the main office or the warehouse logistics team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routes.
- Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
- Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
- Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
Driver Helper Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience working in warehousing, manufacturing, or production.

The Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability, and develop best practices within the production process across Hasa’s seven manufacturing facilities. The position will be responsible for analyzing workflows, processes, and equipment to find ways to increase efficiency, quality, procedures, and documentation to optimize productivity and workflow. The Process Engineer will work closely with the Engineering Manager and each Plant Manager to research, design, procure, fabricate, and install new equipment, as well as develop capital spending justification for review by executive management. The role is all encompassing and will involve lean plant planning and operations streamlining activities, as well as traditional design and optimization project management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee processes and evaluate for ways to improve process capability and production volumes while maintaining and improving quality and safety standards.
- Determine process and equipment improvements to optimize productivity, efficiencies, yields, and costs at each facility.
- Develop and review KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to drive production efficiencies, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Conduct process work analysis, take measurements, collect data, and interpret data to develop new equipment innovation and improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain process related specifications, drawings, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and provide for sustainability and consistency of process equipment.
- Assist in the design and specification of new equipment, engage with in-house fabrication as well as third-party design and fabrication outfits for the timely and cost-effective delivery of new equipment.
- Assist in the drafting of capital expenditure requests for approval by executive management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
- 5+ years of successful project management experience
- 5+ years’ experience supporting a continuous process manufacturing or chemical production facility
- Experience in documenting processes and writing SOPs is a requirement
- AutoCAD or CAD experience preferred
- Experience in engaging and dealing with 3rd party services

We are looking for a reliable Trailer Mechanic/Maintenance individual who will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and general repairs on tractor and trailer units to meet HASA and DOT standards.

Responsibilities
- Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program
- Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc
- Examines reports for accuracy on each vehicle and piece of equipment repaired; writes reports on vehicles and equipment repaired.
- Keeps maintenance and repair records; performs preventive maintenance on all departmental vehicles; orders repair parts.
- Checks all repair work performed in shop for completeness. This includes physical inspections and road tests before
- vehicle is turned back to user departments.
- Performs related duties as required.
- Diagnose and repair trailer components such as doors, floors and side panels.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on tractor and trailer equipment including routine technical repairs and completing repair orders
- Document work order details within the Company’s internal order and billing program.
- Ensure proper documentation is complete, including permits, repair orders, filing, etc.
- Abide by all Company policies and safety rules and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Address sales & customer concerns as they arise effectively and promptly

- Operate Yard Truck in a safe manner during numerous roll-on/roll-off procedures daily involving loaded and empty trailers.
- Drive and operate vehicle under 15 mph in and around the plant and storage lot/dock area.
- Be cognizant of the reality that the operation is a low mileage severe duty function requiring, particular, attention to preventive maintenance checks and services as well as actual scheduled vehicle maintenance.
- Must be aware that operations occur on asphalt, concrete and gravel surfaces in a hostile environment often contaminated with material subject to embedding in tires.
- Responsible for accounting for records involving trailer numbers, gross weights, and net weights on the scale log sheet to include source and type of material.
- Must function and interact on a daily basis with plant personnel and comply with plant safety requirements.
- Communicate using cellular telephone or 2-way radio with dispatch, operations, and plant personnel.
- Security of valuable commodities and the storage area itself are a major area of concern for the Yard Hostler, occasionally requiring guidance from supervisory personnel regarding disposition.

- Completion of a Yard Hostling apprenticeship is preferred.
