Algae Control

Hi. My name is Brian with HASA, and today we're going to take a look at algae control and algae control concentrate. With the proper dosage of HASA'S Algae Control, you are on your way to keeping your water clear and free of certain algae that could give your pool a green, blue, and sometimes brown discoloring. It improves filter operation, and that means an easier time during service. Algae control also plays well with other chemicals you might have in your truck and will not damage tile, metals, concrete, or plastic. Just add one gallon of algae control to fifty thousand gallons of water every five to seven days. If your pool under fifty thousand gallons, the proper dosage is 25.5 ounces for every ten thousand gallons.

Always use algae control at the edge of your pool and while the filter and pump are on. Wait ten minutes before pool usage. You can also add a booster dose after a rainfall. Just add one quart for every fifty thousand gallons of pool water.

Again, always keep the pump and filters running and wait ten minutes before anyone can swim. HASA's algae control concentrate requires no special equipment for treating swimming pool water. This product is concentrated and may be added directly to the pool in any spot or added to the water circulation equipment. HASA's algae control works the best when added by itself in the areas most affected by algae and around the perimeter of the pool.

Algae control concentrate is compatible with most chemicals normally used in swimming pool maintenance. However, in its concentrated form, this chemical should not come in contact with high concentrations of chlorine or any other oxidizer.
